BPDA public meeting to discuss the new Samuels and Associates proposal for Parcel 12 and the Newbury St. Extension. The meeting will take place at the Hynes Convention Center in room 101.The project proposes a mix of uses that will consist of approximately 325,000 square feet of office uses, 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant uses, and 150,000 square feet of residential or hotel uses, as well as a below-grade parking garage with approximately 150 parking spaces.
